Samuel Eastman
Partner
Mr. Eastman serves as the firm’s managing partner, and is licensed to practice law in California, Oregon, and Texas.
Sam has helped thousands of clients expunge, seal, and set-aside records across the country, and has a passion for criminal justice reform. Previously, Mr. Eastman represented a number of corporate clients, focusing on tax law, mergers and acquisitions, and a variety of corporate transactions.
Mr. Eastman earned his JD and LLM from the University of San Diego School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon.

Samuel Meyler

Mr. Meyler has been a trusted advisor and advocate for individuals and businesses alike.
His aim is to provide his clients with counseling and representation in transactions and litigation spanning a broad range of industries.

Daniel Falcucci
Partner
Daniel Falcucci is a WipeRecord expungement and firearms restoration attorney.
Mr. Falcucci previously worked at the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office as a certified intern for the State of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Falcucci obtained his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School.

Eric David
Partner
Eric David is a native Hoosier and with a broad range of professional experience in the US and China. He is a trained social worker and a licensed attorney in Indiana and New York.
Since finishing his undergraduate studies at Purdue University, he has worked for non-profits, government agencies, private firms, and international institutions.
In all his work, he is passionate about helping his clients solve problems and be the best they can be. Mr. David resides in Indianapolis with his partner and their two greyhounds.

Antranig Garibian
Of Counsel
Antranig Garibian maintains an active litigation practice throughout the state and federal courts of Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Garibian represents and advises individuals and businesses on matters involving commercial contracts, insurance coverage, liability claims, corporate governance, loss prevention and general business matters.
Mr. Garibian frequently writes articles and speaks at seminars on a wide array of emerging legal issues.
He is a graduate of Princeton University and Temple University School of Law.

Andrew Leone

Mr. Leone began his career as a prosecutor in Florida, where he was promoted to the Sex Crimes/Child Abuse Unit.
After moving to Minnesota, Andrew opened his own Criminal Defense firm, Leone Legal, PA. In 2014.
In addition to his own firm, Andrew began working as the Supervising Attorney in the Minnesota office of a national personal injury firm.
Now, Andrew is proud to serve in an Of Counsel capacity for Eastman Meyler, PC.

Elizabeth Pospisil
Of Counsel
Elizabeth is a Texan attorney who graduated from a US News Top 16 school, the University of Texas School of Law. Ms. Pospisil obtained her license to practice Texas law years ahead of her peers at the young age of 24.
Since then, she has honed her criminal defense skills working on post-conviction appeals for indigent Texans convicted of Capital Murder and sentenced to death. She maintains that her clients are people first with valuable stories to tell.
Ms. Pospisil strives to protect the integrity and dignity of her clients and their journeys.

Matthew James
Managing Paralegal
Matt has an extensive background in both sales and marketing and has helped to build several successful sales organizations from the ground up.
Matt is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He is a huge Longhorns sports fan, loves live music, and enjoys cooking for family and friends in his spare time.

Marco Prado
Operations Manager
Marco is a dedicated operations professional with a strong background in technology and business.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration focused in MIS and Marketing from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. He has spent most of his life living in NEPA and Philadelphia but decided to move to Austin in 2019 to explore it’s surging economy.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching the Eagles disappoint him, exercising, spending time outdoors, networking, and learning new things.

Jordan Schroeder
Paralegal
Jordan is a native of Austin. He attended Concordia University as a multi-sport athlete as well in addition to attending Texas State University as a student.
In his free time he enjoys playing in local soccer and basketball leagues and also trains in football with his younger brother. During the evening you can find him at the gym, and with his girlfriend.

Rebekah Overhauser
Paralegal
Rebekah received her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Women’s Studies from Texas State University. Before joining Eastman Meyler, PC, she worked at a nonprofit serving victims and survivors of sexual and domestic violence at a domestic violence shelter.
She also provided legal services and resources at the shelter. Since then, she has become a Paralegal handling cases out of various states and aspires to continue her career in law. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, cooking, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog.

Taylor Jones
Paralegal
Taylor moved to Texas as a child and has lived in the Austin metro area ever since. She received her Associates in Paralegal Science from Austin Community College. She has a background in customer service and banking. She hopes to continue her education to obtain a master’s degree in library science.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her son play in little league games, hiking with her dogs, or finding a good book to read.

Sawyer Keller
Paralegal
Sawyer received her BSW from the University of Texas at Austin and is interested in pursuing criminal justice reform as a legal career.
She plans to attend UT Law in the future, and is preparing for such a challenge by working as a dedicated and well-rounded paralegal.

Kirk von Kreisler
Paralegal
Kirk is a native of Austin and a recent graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, holding a Bachelor’s in Journalism.
Kirk has been with Eastman Meyler, PC since 2019, starting as a legal intern for the firm. After gaining more experience with expungement and sealing law as a paralegal, he plans on attending law school in the Fall of 2022. He hopes to pursue a career in civil rights or constitutional law to help underrepresented communities.
